I began my teaching career at Gouge Elementary in 2001 teaching Kindergarten. I taught Kindergarten for five years. I moved to First Grade due to a decline in student numbers. I taught First Grade for three years. I, then, moved to Second Grade, which I taught for two years. I currently teach Third Grade. I am thankful for the experience of moving grade levels. I feel the time spent in K-2 has added much enrichment to my teaching career.
I believe children learn best when they're having fun. My goal is to make learning enjoyable and worthwhile!
