Students may come to the library for a few minutes both before
 and after school and anytime during the school day that your
 teacher will let you come.  We own over 8,000 books, many
with Accelerated Reader tests. Students are rewarded at the end of each nine weeks for reaching their Accelerated Reading goals.  There is also and end of year reward for those students who exceed AR expectations. Kindergarten, first, and second grades may check out one book; two with parent permission.
Fourth grade may check out two books; three with parent permission.  Fifth grade may check out three books; four with parent permission.  We have a special group
 of parenting books.  There are also nine backpack activity
kits for parents to use with younger children.  We have a fall and spring book fair.  At the end of the school year we also have a buy one - get one free book fair.
